Pittsburgh Zoo Workshop: Integrated Pest Management and the Zoo - For teachers grades 4-12. Teachers will gain a basic knowledge of IPM as it relates to the PA Academic Standards for Environment and Ecology. The sessions will involve hands-on activities, games, and experiments on IPM and how it is utilized at schools, homes, local industry, and the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. As a culminating project, participants will work together to produce a play that demonstrates a working knowledge of IPM.
